Concrete Project

Concrete sprayed

Shotcrete, or gunite, is concrete propelled, after mixing, onto a support in the form of a jet. It makes it possible to create the most complex shapes (domes, shells, etc.) or difficult to access (tunnels, acrobatic works, etc.). It is also often used in underground work or in repair or retaining technology.

There are two spraying techniques, wet spraying and dry spraying, each having advantages and disadvantages

Areas of application

  • In underground work.
  • In temporary repair as a protective or retaining membrane or as a permanent covering in a structural role.
  • In slope protection and excavation shielding (nailed walls, Berlin walls, Moroccan wells)
  • In techniques for repairing ordinary concrete walls with surface defects.
  • Repairing concrete walls damaged by fires.
  • In techniques for reinforcing or reworking new structures with design defects.
  • For the construction of free-form concrete structures.
  • For the construction of reinforced concrete swimming pools. and wise advice to its customers to best meet their expectations.
